Membership Details
The membership fee includes a comprehensive annual physical exam, as well as any other visits needed (including home visits, hospital visits, virtual visits, etc).
Dr. Lowe is an Internist and sees only adult patients, ages 18 and up.
The membership fee does not include care provided by other physicians, hospitalizations, laboratory costs, radiology costs, medications, or any other outside services.

Care
Practice limited to 300 patients
90 minute annual wellness visit, review of lab results and a comprehensive health plan
Same or next day expanded office visits in an unhurried environment
Direct 24/7 access to Dr. Lowe via cell phone or HIPPA compliant texting app Spruce
House visits, when medically appropriate
Hospital visits
Skilled nursing facility/acute rehabilitation visits
Coordination of care with specialists and consultants
Communication with family caregivers, when requested
